Brief
Due to the current economic measures that are being taken in Egypt , together with the global economic and political unrest are being reflected heavily on the citizens , especially on the medium & lower economic class sectors that form about 90% of the Egyptian population , Hence , " people seriously need support to raise their faith , release their pressure & give them hope of a better tomorrow "
so The project main aim is that maspero region will became a pioneer in business field , it Will represent cairo as a huge business hub that attract various culture and nationalities all around the world.
Mission Statement
My project will be a catalyst tool to energize people through economic motivation,by introducing an office park business hub concept that would make use of the unique nile front exposure,this would increase their productivity,improve their work environment and hence improve their over well being.

MY project is a ”host” to “bridge the gap” between the enthusiastic fresh graduates and small business owners from one side ,and the tycoons market world thirsty for new ideas and fresh creative minds from the other side.

the concept express an overlap between two masses Which express : business and society,they overlap and blend other times between the two masses there is a cracked main spine bridge it link them directly to the nile where the apex platform of fusion between the two masses happen celebrating success.
skin treatment study
The Nile facade is a southwestern facade and therefore there must be shading techniques while maintaining the view of the magnificent view from inside the building ,so the building skin is a transparent translucent perforated triangle skin ,Which allow light and fresh air to penetrate through it and do not obscure the Nile view.
The design adopted theory is " BIOPHILIC OFFICE DESIGN" BRINGING NATURE INTO THE WORKPLACE"
Biophilia refers to the fact that as human beings, we have an instinctive bond with nature and our natural surroundings. In turn, Biophilic Design takes this bond and works to apply it to spaces where we live, shop, relax and work. It's very suitable to the site location facing the nile , we should return to nature instead of polluting it.
